On March 18, 2013, KJI organized a roundtable discussion addressing issues about the criminal responsibility of natural persons.
During this workshop were discussed the practical problems regarding the criminal liability, particularly the identification of cases of disability and diminished mental disability. There were also addressed issues various forms of criminal liability and negligence premeditation, and matters related to legal and factual mistake and inappropriate attempt. This roundtable was followed with cases from practice and the exchange of experiences in order to avoid various dilemmas.
The beneficiaries of this roundtable were judges of basic courts and prosecutors of basic prosecution offices from all regions of Kosovo.
