On May 7, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Economic Law" with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within the first training session from this sub-module are treated: court jurisdiction in cases of commercial nature, companies, types and activity which is exercised through registered companies, activities and goals permitted for establishing a company and commercial business association.
The training methodology is being applied with various practical cases and examples. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
