May 11th 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges, generation eight, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Uncontested Procedure, with trainer Mrs. Drita Rexhaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.
The first training session of this topic is covering the following: Initiation of the uncontested procedure, participants in the procedure, persons entitled to the special protection, territorial competence, principles of the publicity, and withdrawal of the proposal.
The training methodology is applying practical cases as well as discussion by addressing examples about the relevant issue. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy as well as online through the Zoom platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
