On May 18, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training was conducted under the module "Property right and other related rights" with trainer Mr. Shukri Sylejmani, judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this training session were treated: Types of pledge right, pledge contract, legal rights, the pledge right to third parties, registration of pledge right without possession, execution of pledge right, establishment and the mortgage contract, the relationship to third parties and the extrajudicial execution of a commercial mortgage.
The training methodology has been applied on a case-by-case basis addressing problems and challenges in practice. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy and in real time on the "ZOOM" platform. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
