On May 26, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Administrative Law" with trainer Mr. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of the first training session under this sub-module are being treated: proving means and their types, intermediate decisions, completion of the administrative process and the tacitly approved administrative act.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases as well as interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy implementing all the preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
