On May 28, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Administrative Law" with trainer Mr. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Legal remedies in the administrative procedure, the subject of enforcement, the ways of the enforcement of administrative decisions and acts that cannot be enforced.
The training methodology has been applied in practical cases by addressing the problems and challenges in practice. The training is being carried out physically in the Academy taking into account all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
