On June 7, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is conducting theoretical training under the module "Administrative Law" with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, President of the Court of Appeals.
Within the last session from the module "Administrative law" are being addressed under the topics: Issuance of judgment, legal remedies in administrative disputes, appeal in administrative court proceedings, form and content of appeal, extraordinary remedies, request for protection of legality, review and the form and content of the request for review.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases by addressing concrete examples about sub-topics. The training was physically conducted at the Academy, the beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
