03 February 2014 – Today the KJI is organizing training on “Competencies of the body for development of administrative procedure and parties proceeded”.
This training will provide discussions on competencies of the body conducting the administrative procedure, conflict of competencies in administrative procedure, parties proceeded, as well as development of the administrative procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Appellate and Basic instance – Administrative Department.
