During 20-22 March 2014, the KJI organizes training for judges and prosecutors of the basic and appeals instances – the serious crimes and general departments, on the topic of “Developing the trial Advocacy Skills”.
Focus of the training will be the opening statement, direct and indirect examination, impeachment, re-examination and the closing remarks. Having in mind the changes of the criminal procedure code in the parts of examination and conduct of court session, it is necessary that judges and prosecutors are provided training on development of trial advocacy skills.
