On March 25 and 26 2013, KJI organized a roundtable discussion on the topic “Negotiation of the Plea Bargaining Agreement, plea-bargaining in initial session and during the main trial”.
This roundtable addressed the legal aspects about the underlying reasons for the application of the plea-bargaining agreement and other contentious issues that arise in view of the practical application of this institute. The training was conducted through short theoretical presentations, interactive discussions and issuing of recommendations on the practical application of this legal institution for which there is a need to apply as much as possible in practice.
Beneficiaries of this roundtable were judges of the basic courts as well prosecutors of the basic prosecution offices from all regions of Kosovo.
