On March 27, 2013, KJI in cooperation with USAID / ESTAK, Tax Administration of Kosovo and Kosovo Customs, conducted a training on the topic “Tax legislation and procedures”.
During the training were addressed issues relating to the establishment, structure and powers of KTA, the relationship between KTA and the judiciary, tax administrative violations, tax-legal disputes and complaint procedure, the role of the Legal and Appeals Department and Decisions of the Customs Office and the relevant sectors.
During the workshop were also discussed practical cases and experiences were exchanged with the aim of deepening the knowledge dealing with tax issues.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the Basic and Appellate Courts - administrative issues departments.
