On 23 September 2021, the Academy of Justice in the framework of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the European Institute of Public Administration - EIPA Luxembourg, conducted the training of Zoom platforms on the topic "EU Environmental Law - Aarhus Convention, Regulations, directives, and other EU legal acts”.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Visar Morina, professor at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law and Mr. Igor Dizdarcvic.
The purpose of the training is the advancement of the participant’s knowledge on the Ecological Law of the European Union.
The training methodology is characterized by combining theoretical explanation and interactive discussion and practical cases.
The beneficiaries of the training were Judges from the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court and Judges from the Basic Courts.
