On September 28, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is being carried out theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: fraud, arson, subsidized fraud, misuse of insurance, coercion and blackmail.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and interactive discussions. In order to respect the government decisions for protection and prevention of the spread of COVID-19 virus, the training is being conducted in a combined way, divided into two groups, one group is attending in person at the Academy of Justice and the other group online through the 'ZOOM' platform in real time.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
