Practical Implications of Law on Business Organizations

On October 5, 2021, the Academy of Justice, in collaboration with Checchi & Company Consulting Inc., as the implementer of the Commercial Justice Program within the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is continuing to develop pilot training in commercial law, more precisely on: "Practical Implications of the Law on Business Organizations".

This training comes as a continuation of the process of recruiting Trainers in the Commercial field, and fulfilling the curriculum and pilot trainings provided.

The purpose of the training is for participants to gain more knowledge about the types of companies and the function of KBRA, the nature of the organization of companies and their ownership structure, the rights and obligations of companies, their capital, number of employees etc.

Also during the training will be presented practical examples from the regulation of companies and the legal aspect.

The training is taking place virtually through the ZOOM platform, as a result of security measures against the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Judges of the Economic department, Judges of the general department-civil division and their professional associates.
