October 21 2021, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting an online training through Zoom on the following topic “The necessary part of inheritance and its infringement”.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri judge in the Supreme Court, and Mr. Nehat Idrizi judge in the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on the necessary part of property: as claiming, damaging, and requests for the necessary part, it will also cover ways for determining and calculating the necessary part of inheritance.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Supreme Court, Appeals Court, judges and prosecutors of the basic instance and representatives of Ministry of Finance that deal with compensation procedure at the expropriation body.
