October 29 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program (generation 8) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Judgments and types of judgments” with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the court decisions in criminal proceedings, as well as orders and judgments.
Training methodology is applying practical cases combined with the interactive discussions. The training is taking place in person at the Academy’s premises implementing all protection measures against COVID-19, and is also available online via the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are 14 newly appointed judges who of whom are of the Serbian community.
