On November 15, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Alternative procedure" with Mr. Haxhi Derguti, trainer at the Academy of Justice.
As part of the session, the plea bargaining agreement, the position of the injured party, the plea agreement negotiation and the sentencing recommendations are being elaborated. The training methodology applied consist of practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice by implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
