On November 23, 2021, within the initial training program for newly appointed judges eighth generation (8) a theoretical training is being carried out under the sub module "Criminal Code-special part" with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, U.d. President of the Court of Appeals.
This session deals with assault on an official person, participation in a mob that commits a criminal offense and hooliganism, removal or damage of official seals or signs, false presentation as an official person, self-judgment and illegal provision of legal aid
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussion. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
