On November 24, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with Mr. Afrim Shala, Acting President of the Court of Appeal.
In this last session the following sub-topics are being addressed: Causing general risk, abuse of official duty or authority, taking bribes, unlawful issue of court decisions and false reporting of assets, incomes, other material benefits or financial obligations.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
