December 1 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal liability of legal entities, with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge in the Appeals Court.
In this session, the topics that are being addressed are as follows: Regulation of criminal liability of legal entities by legislation of some countries; Criminal liability of legal entities under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo; and, Criminal liability of legal entities.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive method of discussions. The Training is taking place in person at the Academy premises, implementing all prevention measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
