On December 2, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Liability of legal persons" with Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
The following topics are being addressed: Procedure under the law for legal persons and sanctions that may be imposed on legal persons under the respective law.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
