December 7 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting online training via Zoom platform on the topic of “Handling the property and credit claims”.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Sabri Halili and Mr. Shkelzen Sylaj - Judges in the Appellate Collegium of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants about the process of handling property and credit claims for persons claiming a title or interest in relation to any real estate or compensation from Socially Owned Enterprises - SOEs.
This training used combined methods of teaching using theoretical explanations followed with practical cases from the judicial practice.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court and from Basic Courts.
