“Responsibility of the person in charge at the employment entity for implementing decision of the Independent Oversight Board of Kosovo (IOBK)”
September 11th 2014 – Today the Kosovo Judicial Institute will organize training for judges on the topic of “Responsibility of the person in charge at the employment entity for implementing decision of the IOBK”.
This training will cover the following: forms of decisions by the IOBK towards the decisions of the state institutions, implementation of the IOBK decisions, and enforcement of the IOBK decisions.
