During September 22-23rd 2014, the KJI in cooperation with the EU twinning project will organize the following training for judges and prosecutors assigned as focal points for issues of International Legal Cooperation in Criminal Matters.
Focus of the training will be on the specifics of the mutual legal assistance pertaining to the modern methods of assessment in the context of organized crime, asset recovery as well as the structure and content of the outgoing requests for ILC.
