03 October 2014, today, the KJI organizes training on the topic of “Discovering, investigation and trial of corruption cases”.
The training will elaborate the following: investigation planning of corruption and analysis of core elements of corruption offence, corruption in public procurement, forms and ways of cause, testifying in corruption crime, and role of the court in investigation stage and in the judgment stage.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges, prosecutors and other professionals involved in combating corruption.
