On 08 October 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with USAID, organizes a regional training on: “Mediation and restorative justice”.
The focus of this training will be: mediation in criminal, civil and administrative field, applicable legislation, mediation proceeding, role of the referring institutions, referring mechanisms and self-referring of cases, recognition and execution of the mediation agreements as well as the methodology of case selection.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges and prosecutors form Prishtina and Mitrovica region
