On 23 October 2014, KJI organizes a training for judges and prosecutors on: “International Cooperation in Criminal and Civil Matters”.
This training will focus on specifics of extradition cases, cross-border undercover investigations, specifications in execution of foreign judgments, the European arrest warrant, recognition of foreign judgments and their adaptation to local legislation etc.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges and prosecutors of the appeal and basic level.
