On October 29th 2014, the KJI within its trainings provided for court administrative staff is organizing a training dedicated to enforcement officers of Kosovo courts related to the aforementioned topic.
Issues that will be elaborated at this training are mainly related to territorial competence in enforcement cases, the excluded items from execution and other important issues for the enforcement procedure.
