On April 12, 2013, KJI held a workshop with presidents of courts and chief prosecutors of prosecution offices regarding the discussion of the Working Group Comments on the Novelties of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The purpose of the workshop was the presentation of comments and discussions regarding the novelties of the Code of Criminal Procedure identified by the working group for the CCPK, proposals of presidents of courts and chief prosecutors of prosecution offices regarding the CCPK, supplementing the problematic articles for implementation in practice and identification of issues within the trainings on CCPK.
Participants of this roundtable were: the State Chief Prosecutor, the President and Chief Prosecutor of the Appeals Prosecution Office as well as presidents of courts and chief prosecutors of basic prosecution offices.
