On 30 October 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute will conduct training on: “Liability of the responsible person in charge at the employment entity”.
During this session will be addressed issues related to the liabilities of the responsible person in charge at the employment entity in respect of the labor rights, obligations of the legal person in respecting the procedure in case of termination of employment contract, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges of the basic department – civil division.
