In 30 October 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted training on “Liability of the responsible person in charge at the employment entity”.
During this training were addressed issues relating to the liability of the responsible person which includes labor contract compliance in relation to the employer, reasons for which a legal person may terminate the employment contract of the employee, responsibility of legal person in respecting the procedures in case of termination of the employment contract.
This training was intended to help judges identify the duties and responsibilities of the competent organ of legal person in the field of labor relations, to interpret material provisions of the contract including collective contract and internal acts of the legal person and analyze responsibilities of legal person in implementing disciplinary proceedings in cases of accidents at work.
This training was organized with the purpose of discussing problems faced during judicial practice aiming to unify the respective area.
The training was developed interactively treating topic and challenges faced by judges during their daily work.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of Basic Court – general department – civil division.
