February 9 2022, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting an online training on “Judicial control over Agency decisions created by the Privatization and Liquidation process”.
Trainer engaged for this activity is Mr. Ilmi Bajrami, Supervisory judge in the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the privatization and liquidation procedure.
This training will use combined methods of teaching, including theoretical explanations followed with examples from the judicial practice.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the special Chamber and judges of the Basic Courts – Civil division.
