On March 1, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting online training through the zoom platform on "Administrative Conflict, object and the administrative conflict procedure."
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge of the Court of Appeals and Mrs. Delushe Halimi, judge at the Court of Appeals.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of judges regarding the procedure and object of administrative dispute.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions while presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Administrative Matters Department of the Court of Appeals and judges of the Administrative Matters, Basic Court Department.
