March 8-9 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a hybrid training on “Cancellation of contracts and remedies for insurance of contracts”.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Zenel Leku judge in the Supreme Court and Mr. Faton Ademi judge in the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on cancellation of contracts and insurance remedies.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
