Today, March 16, 2022, the Academy of Justice, in the framework of the Continuous Training Program for the administrative staff of the courts, is conducting training on: "File and case management in the judicial system".
The purpose of this training is the professional development and training of the administrative staff of the courts regarding the form of management of files and cases during their daily work.
The training will address the principles of management, forms of management, the importance of case management and the efficiency of the court.
Attention will also be paid to the occasional control of cases, their deadlines, control of postponement of hearings, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are Administrators, assistant administrators, heads of ZML, clerks, officials of the basic courts within the Republic of Kosovo.
