December 16 2014 – Today the KJI in cooperation with the Mediation Commission is organizing a practical training for candidates for judges and prosecutors (within the Initial Training Program) on the topic of “Developing a mediation system in Kosovo and its functionality”.
Objective of this training is that candidates for judges and prosecutors are acquainted with the organizational and managing structure of Commission for Mediation. Also, content of this training will cover the modern/ legal mediation in Kosovo, case referral from courts and prosecutions to the mediation centers, mediation agreement – its form and content, as well as simulation of mediation cases.
