On February 3rd 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute organizes training for judges and prosecutors on the following topic: “Initial hearing and second hearing”.
This training will discuss issues related to appropriate implementation of legal provisions during the initial hearing and second hearing procedures, as well as their application and streaming, then about role of the judge and state prosecutor during these hearings, to include also and the legal timelines for conducting the initial and the second hearing.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of Basic instance.
