On 11-13 February 2015, KJI in cooperation with EU funded projects “Legal Education Reform”” conducted training of trainers on: “Leadership and Strategic Planning”.
The purpose of the training was to develop training programs aiming to meet the needs of the judiciary, increase knowledge and skills of participants associated with the planning and leading, familiarization of participants with strategic planning methodology, identification of challenges in planning and advance presentation styles.
During three days of training participants learned about leadership competencies and strategies, key training principles, expectations from a good manager in social aspect as well organizational action plan, reviewing training performance, training evaluation, decision making and steps to be taken in taking right decision.
Participants were divided into groups and after every theoretical part they turned it into practice following by other group activities.
Beneficiaries of the training were judges, prosecutors, KJC officials, as well as court administrator.
