July 19 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the second session of the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal Code – general part” in support of trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This topis is covering the following: object of the criminal offence, the formal-material notion of the criminal offense, criminal offence according to the CCRK, main elements of the criminal offense, features of the criminal offence, criminal liability as subjective element of the criminal offense, elements of the criminal liability, accountability and Actio libera in causa and diminished essential accountability.
Training methodology is a case-based interactive approach.
Beneficiaries of this traiing are 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian community.
