July 20th 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the following sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”, in which training Mr. Bashkim Hyseni judge in the Special Department of the Appeals Court is engaged as trainer.
The third session is covering the following aspects: exceeding the necessary protection, extreme need, risk, avoiding risk, exceeding the extreme need and the compulsion to expose to risk.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian Community.
