On July 21, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the fourth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", the trainer engaged in this training is: Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
During this training are being addressed topics such as: the concept of violence and types of violence, threats, acts of minor importance and orders from higher instances.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
