July 25 2022 - Today, the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) officially commenced the Initial Training at the Kosovo Justice Academy, attending the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Civil Law” conducted by trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
The second session on both topics is elaborating on the following: subjects to the juridical-civil relations; physical entity as subject to the law, personal rights, classification of the civil subjective rights, legal processes and their importance, as well as administrative acts.
Training methodology is case-based interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 18 newly appointed judges.
