On 26 July 2022, within the initial training for newly appointed prosecutors, ninth generation, a theoretical training is being conducted under the module “Case management”, with the trainer engaged Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj, Prosecutor from Basic Prosecution in Peja.
The topics to be addressed during this session are: the meaning of management, modern principles for case management, building of the case file, prosecution registers and case management in the prosecution office.
