On July 26, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training, the fourth training session under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary liability", with the trainer engaged Mr. Enver Peci, President of the Supreme Court.
Within this training session, the following are being addressed: Who can submit a disciplinary complaint against a judge? What are the actions that the competent authority must take? The actions of the presiding judge after the initial hearing, review of the request for the initiation of the investigation and the establishment of the investigative panel and receiving and registration of the request for the initiation of investigations in the Council.
The training methodology is being developed through interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
