On July 28 2022, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Enforcement Procedure with trainer Mr. Isa Shala, Private Bailiff.
The training is covering the following aspects: Foreclosure on immovable property, waiver from the foreclosure, the enforcement officers, the acquisition of the rights of the pledge, the sale of the seized consignment and the registration of the data of the pledge without possession.
Training methodology is case-based and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
