On August 2, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contested procedure-first part", with trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Competence of basic courts, subject competence, the criteria that regulate subject competence, general territorial competence, special territorial competence and the agreement on territorial competence.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
