August 3 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the thirteenth training session from the sub-module on Criminal Code – General Part” with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
This training session is addressing the following: the legal position of the convicted persons after serving the sentence, release or statute of limitations and rehabilitation.
Training methodology is interactive discussions upon practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian community.
