On August 3, 2022, within the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure-first part", with the trainers engaged Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: Exclusion and recusal of the judge from the trial, the competent authority to decide on the request for the exclusion and recusal of the judge and the circumstances that lead to the exclusion of the judge from the trial.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
