On August 8, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, the theoretical training is being carried out under the "Case Management" module with trainer Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj Prosecutor, Basic Prosecutor's Office in Peja.
Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: Meaning and importance of performance measurement, factual sources of information, types of performance evaluation, evaluation criteria and categories, and observation of prosecutors during court hearings.
The training methodology is being developed through interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of the training are the 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
