August 9 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9), is conducting the 9th training session from the sub-module on “Criminal Code - special part” with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Supreme Court judge.
This session is addressing the following: the illegal construction or management of factories and installations that pollute the environment, the assessment of the impact of projects on the environment, the provision of veterinary assistance in an unconscionable manner, the illegal exercise of veterinary services and mistreatment of animals and contamination of animal food and water.
Training methodology is interactive with practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges including three judges of the Serbian community.
